Terms of Service

1. Definitions and Eligibility

The KorShield service is operated by KORCOMPANY LTD (Company No. 17126157). By using our WAF, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

Merchant of Record: Our billing services are managed by Dodo Payments. By subscribing to KorShield, you agree to the Dodo Payments Terms of Service.

Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the control panel. Access will remain active until the end of the already paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial usage periods.

3. Acceptable Use and Sanctions

It is strictly prohibited to use KorShield for:

• Illegal activities or protection of infrastructures that violate international laws.
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures.

Use in Sanctioned Countries: The User agrees not to use the service from, or for the benefit of, any jurisdiction sanctioned by the United Kingdom, USA or UN. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, KORCOMPANY LTD shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the incident.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, algorithms and the KorShield brand are the exclusive property of KORCOMPANY LTD. No transfer of intellectual property occurs through the use of the service.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, United Kingdom.
