2.2 Payment Data

Processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. We do not store credit card data on our servers.

2.3 WAF Traffic

Source IP addresses, HTTP/HTTPS headers and security logs for threat mitigation purposes.

3. Legal Basis and International Compliance

We operate under the following legal bases:

• UK GDPR / GDPR: Performance of contract, legitimate interest (security) and consent.
• LGPD: Art. 7, V (Contract) and Art. 7, IX (Legitimate Interest).
• International Sanctions: In compliance with our banking partners' policies, we do not provide services or process data from sanctioned jurisdictions.

4. International Data Transfer

As a UK-based company serving global clients, data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives the same level of protection required in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

5. Your Rights
